Mr James Chen Zhi Yu, PBM
Group Chief Executive Officer
Mr. James Chen, PBM, is a seasoned leader in finance and community service, leveraging over 18 years of expertise in the financial management industry. He serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of JV Capital Management and the Chief Executive Officer of Athena Best Financial (Singapore), and is an active entrepreneur who co-founded and invested in Filmplace, a global media technology platform. Mr. Chen is dedicated to public and community service, a commitment recognized by the Government of Singapore with the Public Service Medal (PBM). His key leadership roles include serving as a Council Member of the Association of Financial Advisers Singapore (AFAS), an Academic Board Member and the President of the Alumni Chapter (CUASC) for Curtin University Singapore. He currently serves on the School Advisory Committee (SAC) for Jurongville Secondary School and previously sat on the Committee for SG75. He is the Chairperson of the Every Little Helps Foundation and a Board of Advisor to both Batam Institute Technology University (ITEBA) and Batam Tourism Polytechnic.

Mr Victor runs his own family office which is based in Singapore. His family is the founder of a century old medical oil brand recognised globally.

Associate Director
Jason Boon is responsible for overseeing its business development function. Jason has over 10 years of business development experience.

Mr Johnson Kho
Senior Relationship Manager
Johnson Kho is an experienced Banker in the High Net Worth space for 17 years before joining JV Capital. Johnson is responsible for the account management of the firm.

Ms Eunise Lim, SAMPTM
Business Manager
Eunise Lim is responsible for development of the firm's Commercial Loan and Mortgage business. Eunise is certified Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner (SAMP). She has extensive experiences in business development and is responsible for the developing and setting up of the new sales channel.
